1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Syasyi website (syasyi.myshopify.com) and any purchase made through it, operated by Syasyi Enterprise ("Syasyi", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Orders

• All products listed are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is successfully processed.

3. Supply Plans

• Syasyi offers 3-Month, 6-Month, and 1-Year supply plans as described on our product page.
• Each plan is paid in full as a single, one-time payment at checkout. There is no recurring or automatic billing.
• After your one-time payment, we ship your supply in monthly instalments for the length of your plan — for example, a 1-Year Supply is shipped once a month for 12 months.
• You may request to cancel or modify the remaining, unshipped instalments of your plan at any time by contacting our Customer Care team. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled for unshipped instalments.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed through our approved third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier or logistics conditions beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Syasyi name, panda logo, brand mark, and packaging design, is the property of Syasyi Enterprise and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Syasyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
