Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via [e.g. FPX Direct Debit, credit/debit card, e-wallets — update once Curlec/HitPay is live], processed through our licensed third-party payment gateway.

2. Recurring Billing

  • For subscription plans, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
  • You will be notified by email in advance of the initial charge; recurring charges follow the schedule you agreed to at sign-up.
  • If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you to update your payment details.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Syasyi does not store your full card number, CVV, or online banking credentials on our own servers.

4. Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5. Failed or Disputed Payments

If you believe a payment was made in error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us within [e.g. 14 days] of the transaction date via our Contact Us page.
